Privacy Policy

Below we would like to inform you about our privacy policy. Here you will find information about the collection and use of personal data when using our website. You can access this statement at any time on our website.

We expressly point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) is subject to security gaps and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties.

The use of the contact data of our imprint for commercial advertising is expressly not desired, unless we have previously given our written consent or there is already a business relationship. The provider and all persons named on this website hereby object to any commercial use and disclosure of their data.

The use of our site is possible without the disclosure of personal data. The use of individual services on our site may be subject to different regulations, which in this case will be explained separately below. Your personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. Data is personal if it can be clearly assigned to a specific natural person. The legal principles of data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). In this respect, the following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data by the provider hardScrum.

Server data

For technical reasons, the following data, which your Internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider, is recorded (so-called server log files):

- Browser type and version
- Used operating system
- Website from which you visit us (Referrer URL)
- Website you visit
- Date and time of your access
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and thus does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our Internet presence and our offers.

Contact option

On our website we offer you the possibility to contact us by e-mail and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing his contact. The data will not be passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site does not take place either.

Information/revocation/deletion

You can contact us free of charge on the basis of the Federal Data Protection Act if you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data and their correction, blocking, deletion or revocation of a consent granted. We would like to point out that you have the right to correct incorrect data or delete personal data if there is no legal obligation to retain it.

Google reCAPTCHA

In order to ensure sufficient data security during the transmission of forms, in certain cases we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc. This serves primarily to differentiate whether the input is made by a natural person or misused by mechanical and automated processing. The service includes the transmission of the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The differing data protection provisions of Google Inc. apply here. Further information on the data protection guidelines of Google Inc. can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google Analytics"). The information generated about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The USA is an unsafe third country. However, Google Inc. has voluntarily certified itself under the US-EU Privacy Shield Agreement and has thus undertaken to comply with EU data protection regulations.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO.

Google Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, in particular from which internet page you came to our website (so-called referrers), which subpage you access or how often and for how long you view a subpage. Google Analytics uses cookies for this purpose. Every time you call up a page of our website on which Google Analytics has been integrated, your browser on your end device is automatically prompted to transmit data to Google Analytics for analysis.

By activating IP anonymization on our website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymised IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our website by users, to compile reports on the activities within this website and to provide us with further services associated with the use of this website and the use of the Internet.

These purposes also include our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. In doing so, pseudonymous user profiles of the users can be created from the processed data.

You may refuse the transfer of data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of our website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on available at this link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. The installation of the browser add-on will be considered a violation by Google.

As an alternative to the browser plugin or within browsers on mobile devices, please click this link to object to the collection and use of your data by Google Analytics with effect for the future. An opt-out cookie is stored on your end device. If you delete your cookies, you have to click the link again.
