The P4 Modelling Game is a set of playing cards that represent all elements of the P4 framework. They offer the possibility to model organizational structures, processes and correlations, to graphically illustrate and explain them.
There are different possible game modes:
Here you can find some examples of using the P4 Modelling Game
Modelling of an Organisation together within a group
With the P4 Modelling Game you can model different constellations of the P4 elements to adapt them to the special requirements and conditions of an organization. You can especially benefit from the possibility to make immediate changes, visible for everyone. Thus a group gains a common understanding and different options can be discussed.
Question game for training purposes
The player having the move draws a card from the pile and explains it to the group. If the explanation is correct, the player may keep the card. The player who has won the most cards at the end of the game wins the round. Alternatively, the cards can be dealt at the beginning of the round (each player gets the same number of cards). Now the player having the move select any of his cards and give it to a fellow player of his choice to explain. If the player succeeds, he may keep the card, otherwise it is given to the player who played the card. Double cards should be sort out in this mode.
